Varun Malhotra was born in New Delhi. He completed his early education in his hometown Allahabad (now Prayagraj). Later he completed his graduation in the field of engineering. After graduation, he worked as an engineer at Technip, from 2004 to 2007. Along with the job, he did post-graduation from IIM Ahmedabad.
In 2008, Varun moved to the USA where he studied Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting at Washington University’s St. Louis – Olin Business School. Apart from this, he has cleared all three levels of the CFA Program of CFA Institute, USA.

Journey
At the age of 13, His father accidentally bought a book on Warren Buffett. The book gave him deep knowledge of Investments. Varun made his first investment at the age of 17, since then he is consistently associated with finance industry. He started talking and subsequently teaching investments to friends and family.
In 2009, Varun decided to follow his passion and will teach people about investing. This little idea turned bigger and bigger, against all my expectations and since 2010 he has been blessed to train around 550,000 Investors.
